Jerry is the Founder and Managing Partner of Western Technologies Group LLC. He is a Certified GIS Specialist with more than 30 years of experience in the field.
Jerry has maintained a statewide collection of tax maps and tax assessment data for over 20 years, leveraging the information to build real property products (NJPropertyFax.com) and services (NJFlood.com). Creating and maintaining a seamless statewide taxmap for New Jersey since 2006 has raised the standard of products offered by Western Technologies by producing accurate geocoding for every property in the State.
Adam is a Flood and Tidelands expert and Operations Manager at Western Technologies Group, LLC. He supervises a group that collects and analyzes data to create Flood Determinations and Tideland Reports.
Adam's expertise includes Floodplain Analysis, Advisory Base Flood Elevations (ABFE's), Geographic Information Systems (GIS), the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP), Biggert-Waters Act, and State Riparian (Tideland) Rights. A lifelong resident of New Jersey, Adam holds a Bachelors of Science in Environmental Planning and Design and A Certificate for Environmental Geomatics(GIS). He is also a Certified Floodplain Manager, and a member of both The Association of State Floodplain Managers and New Jersey Association of Floodplain Managers (NJAFM).
Robert joined Western Technologies Group in 2008. He leads the sales team, business development, marketing, and assists in setting the direction for the company. Prior to WTG, Robert was AVP and senior marketing executive at Comdisco and Macquarie Group. Robert holds a BS in Communications/Marketing from Florida State University.
Andrew is a Flood and Tidelands expert and Manager at Western Technologies LLC. He supervises a group that analyzes flood and tide data to create Flood Determinations and Tideland Reports.
Andrew's expertise includes Floodplain Analysis, FEMA Preliminary Mapping Data, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP), Biggert-Waters Flood Insurance Reform Act, Homeowners Flood Insurance Affordability Act and State Riparian (Tideland) Rights and Claims.
A lifelong resident of New Jersey, Andrew holds a Bachelor's of Science in Environmental Policy from Rutgers University, is a Certified Floodplain Manager and is a member of both the Association of State Floodplain Managers (ASFPM) and New Jersey Association of Floodplain Managers (NJAFM).
Dylan graduated with a BS in Accounting from Monmouth University.
Paul brings more than 30 years of financial experience, including Polo Ralph Lauren, Dunn & Bradstreet, and Conseco. He holds a BS in Finance from Lehigh University
